Join us for a lunch and learn on the NSF DMREF proposal opportunity and find out how to work with SIRO to prepare and submit a successful proposal. The Designing Materials to Revolutionize and Engineer our Future (DMREF) supports interdisciplinary, team-based projects in materials science and engineering that leverage data science, provide ready access to materials data, and educate the future workforce with the goal of advancing materials discovery and development. A new call for proposals is expected in early November. To assist teams to form and submit a proposal, MRI and SIRO are co-organizing this informational workshop.
UPDATE: Dr. John Schlueter, National Science Foundation Program Director of DMREF and Division of Materials Research will join us for a brief description of NSF DMREF 2023.
