The Friends of MatSE program is an important partnership for both industry and MatSE. In a competitive job market, companies are looking to attract future employees that have the skills, background, and experience necessary to compete in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. Penn State MatSE graduates are the highly qualified candidates industry is pursuing.
Through this program, relationships are strengthened between individual companies and MatSE. Both benefit through enhancing the educational experiences while ensuring that students are informed of individual company capabilities, priorities, and future goals.
